Peaceful Protest relief fund
As police officers continue to administer extreme punitive measures to implement laws of a system whose main goal to silence us, we are establishing a relief fund in case things go south.
The first amendment states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances", therefore by peacefully voicing our opinions and concerns about a topic that has been overlooked for far too long, we appeal to the good conscience of the citizens of this country to support us in this cause.
We are not asking for compassion, rather we are asking for your support and understanding regarding a cause that should not even be addressed in the first place.
People of color, of all ethnicities, have been discriminated upon for so long that racism has become a part of this county’s identity... to the point that disagreeing against its agenda is deemed unconstitutional.
We aim to change this narrative.
By peacefully protesting, congregating, voicing our opinions and making sure they reach as big of an audience as possible.
In order to do this we need to take a stance, and we are willing to sacrifice our freedom to do so.
This fund aims to aid with bails if necessary, so we’re asking for your help to make sure that those who sacrifice their freedom for the cause have whatever financial support they might require.
Again thank you for your help in allowing us to have the platform we deserve.
