Bring Back the Brain!!! POMPC Wellness Walk!

It was a hit!!! People loved the brain and I bet you missed it! So help us bring it back to next year's walk! Every year Peace of Mind Pacific County holds the POMPC Wellness Walk: Raising mental & brain health awareness one step at a time! This year we expanded our capacity and not only had 15 local agencies out to help let the community know what services are available but had a giant, walk-through inflatable brain known as the Mega Brain! Everyone, young and old enjoyed the exhibit that also noted what areas of the brain are involved in what actions/illnesses/etc. It came with a wonderful ambassador who was able to answer their questions about how our brain works. Naturally, this is not an inexpensive exhibit and we were so grateful to have a corporate sponsor this year. We can't depend on that sponsor being able to duplicate the support for next year, so we need your help! Every dollar raised by this GoFundMe campaign going forward will be earmarked for Bringing the Brain Back!

Peace of Mind Pacific County is an all-volunteer, peer-run organization that serves the Long Beach Peninsula on the WA coast supporting mental wellness and brain health. They are a 501c3 approved non-profit (EIN 81-4879597) and registered with WA State as well.
