UW Kahaani Fundraiser

UW Kahaani is the University of Washington’s competitive Bollywood fusion dance team! Bollywood is an energetic and powerful dance style originating from the Indian film industry, and we combine this dance form with many other dance forms to create our unique style. Founded four years ago, we are a relatively new team, but we continue to grow every year and perform statewide, nationally, and have even traveled internationally! Last year, we placed first in the Bollywood and Bhangra Competition held in Washington, as well as in the UW Asian Student Commission’s Talent Show.
We are 18 committed and talented UW students, who love to share their passion for dance. We would love to continue spreading our love for Bollywood, and this is where you come in! Traveling costs can add up, especially as a college kid. Any donation is greatly appreciated, and will directly help with travel costs as we continue to expand the reach of our team!
