Paying for Rebecca's Brain Surgery

On October 30, 2017, Rebecca underwent surgery to remove a mass that was causing severe swelling in her brain. The swelling was causing intense pain, nausea, and dizziness.
The surgery was successful and the entire mass was removed (thanks to the talented Dr. Cheng at John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek).
Rebecca is the only one in our family who doesn't have insurance, and the medical bills mounted to almost half a million dollars.
We applied for emergency Medi-Cal back in November and went through a long process of denials and appeals until we were finally approved in May 2018 with a share of cost of $4200 per month (October and November of 2017) or $8400.
We ran a Go Fund Me at the end of 2017 and raised close to $3000, and are now (at the request of some friends) trying to raise another $5000 to cover most of the bill.
If you're able to help, we are grateful. Those of you who prayed with us, provided meals, took care of our children, and came to visit and provide moral support - you can't possibly know how much you meant to us.
