Patty's Family needs a roof

My middle school friend Patty and her family need our help.

In 2013, Patty’s family was given the ultimate test when they had to face their baby girl having brain surgery when her first brain tumor was detected. Everything had been well until another brain tumor started developing on the other side. Time passed and although her brain tumors are benign they are redeveloping in the area of the cerebellum. Patty’s daughter has been on ongoing treatment for these redeveloped tumors. Unfortunately, some of her procedures were not covered by insurance. This year the Flores Family too a big leap of faith and opted to pay for her medical procedures in order to be able to get answers and have a healthy daughter. For this reason, they were unable to afford insurance on their home and instead paid for the genetic testing needed to find a solution to their daughter’s health condition. I know this was a big risk that her family took especially living in Florida. However, as a mother, I do not blame her one bit and I would have done the same. Family first always.

Irma came and literally put their lives in danger and lifted their roof in half and the majority of the things are destroyed. Their roof will have to entirely be repaired and it is slowly caving in. This family needs your help. Please donate anything will help.  All money will go into an account that Patty has and will be used towards fixing her roof and damages caused by the roof lifting off during Irma.  Thank you
