In the wake of the worldwide pandemic, pastors everywhere are still working to regain their footing. Many pastors say the last few years have been the most challenging, polarizing, and complicated years of ministry in their entire careers.

Most pastors who have been in ministry for decades have developed the network, tools, and fortitude to stay balanced and on course through this turbulent time. Many young pastors, though, have had to find their footing in ministry amidst some of the most difficult years in American history!

Recognizing this, the Young Clergy Network has organized our annual Young Clergy Conference of 2023, themed on how God moves in and around us through seasons of difficulty and darkness. This conference will provide deeply necessary education, rest, and relationships for young pastors from all over the country.

We want to ensure cost is no barrier to any pastor who wants to travel and participate in the conference. These pastors are working hard every week to carry the torch of the Church and their presence at this conference will help them do so with even more strength. Any support for the next generation of ministry leaders is deeply appreciated!

Any support provided will go directly to pastors to cover travel, lodging, transportation, registration costs, and various other needs that come with traveling across the country.
