Palak Foundation-2025 Eye Camp
Donation protected
The Palak Foundation was created in honour of Dr. Palak Kaur Randhawa.
She was taken from this world too soon, and her loss has reverberated through the hearts of everyone who has known her. She carried herself with kindness and grace and brought light in the lives of everyone she met.
Palak had a long life ahead of her filled with hopes and dreams, and a beautiful world that she can no longer see.
In honour of Palak, the foundation aims to help people see the world. She is no longer with us but there are people around who are still alive and well but unable to see the world. The foundation aims to aid them with their sight and experience the beauty this world has to offer.
To keep her memory alive, the foundation conducts annual eye camps providing free eye checkups and eye operations to those in need.
Any and all donations to the cause will ONLY be used for treatments. Other expenses like transportation, food and resources will be provided by the foundation itself. Donors provide support for the treatments and operations of individuals with each operation costing around INR 3,500. The donations go towards cataract surgery.
The foundation will bear the costs for eye drops, glasses, and additional eye related medications.
Please join us for the 3rd annual Eye Camp conducted by the Palak Foundation in Village Nikko Sarai, District Gurdaspur, Punjab.
Free Eye check-up on 20th March 2025
Together, we can create a world where blindness is no longer a burden.
