Hello Friends and Families:
My name is Pahlee Thao and I am asking for your help to reimburse my overseas contact for the luggage expense and for me complete my senior project. All donations will go towards my project and only my project.
I am currently finishing my senior project requirement in order to graduate. The picture above is a picture taken of villagers in Laos sent from my contact. In the picture, you are able to see the villagers holding the dental kits.
My project supports my college dream of becoming a dentist someday. My project was to educate villagers in Laos about the importance of oral hygiene. I was successful in collecting new oral hygiene tools such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss and pulled it together into 150 dental kits. I made a contact with a Hmong researcher in Thailand who delivered the kits to Hmong villagers in Laos. He came to Minnesota to attend the Hmong International Conference and agreed to take back the dental kits to distribute to the small villages in Laos. The extra luggage was very expensive causing my contact to pay for unexpected luggage fees. Please help donate and help me complete the final part of my senior project.
