Our Sweet Jay

Jay is an amazing son and friend. He is always there for the people who need him most, and now he needs our help. On December 14th Jay had an unexpected medical emergency that has left him critical and needing long term care. He needs our help to be able to get the care he needs and be eventually transferred to another facility. His friends and family are by his side, and we all want to make sure they can stay by his side. All of this of course is going to be costly. Any little bit will help immensely.
