Our favorite Guy needs our help!

Hello friends, Katie LeBlanc here! I’m starting this fundraiser for our favorite guy, Guy Devillier. On December 27, 2022, Guy suffered a massive stroke due to a brain bleed and was rushed to the emergency room. The doctors said he was in congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Guy was placed in ICU and given a breathing tube for 4 days. When Guy awoke, he didn’t know what happened and he could not move the left side of his body. The stroke caused left side paralysis, leaving Guy unable to use the left side of his body. He couldn't stand, use his left hand and his speech was slurred. I can't imagine how terrified he was. Thankfully, Guy survived this but he had such a long road ahead. Guy is still currently hospitalized, almost a year after his stroke. He has spent every holiday in a hospital bed. He spent his birthday in a hospital bed. He still spends his days in a hospital bed. He is still not strong enough to leave the hospital and will remain there until he can walk on his own and care for himself. He sadly cannot work and lost the job he loved so much.

He currently has almost $200,000 in hospital bills. This fundraiser is to help with this astronomical amount of hospital debt. Please, any amount helps and you’re helping one of the most amazing men I’ve ever met!

This man always has a smile on his face and no one is a stranger around him! He is always guaranteed to make you laugh and feel like you’ve known him for years! Despite all that’s happened, Guy remains so cheerful, hopeful and kind.
