My husband and I bought land this spring...so did 2 other families.

Now it's all falling apart......

Meet Mr. Parker a single Dad and his 3 beautiful daughters and their elderly dog Meeka.

Meet John, Kim Glionna and their dog Packer. John is a long time freind of Graham and his daughters.

He uprooted himself and Kim left her job and they followed to be with him and his daughters.

Meet Annie (me) Jason and their pup Raven.

We were homeless. I lost my government job during Covid. Jason cashed in all his retirement savings and we bought 5 Acres up the hill from Graham and John.

We all bought 5 Acres each.

We were told it would be put in our name. We all were stressed and the land wash cheap and the seller wanted a deposit.

We all provided our money to him. We got receipts and a legal document. We all met by driving past each other on the path the landowner would fix so we could drive up to our lands. It has been since April we have been waiting for road repair. We have busted truck tires and broken mufflers trying to get home.

When we signed the documents seller informed us his son was a lawyer.

We were told to "start your tiny cabins anytime you want."

We did.

Then our LIVES came to a blunt stop.

We were told by the seller we couldn't build up here. That he called a bulldozer to take down our tiny cabins. We were told after we asked why our land was not getting surveyed and we are waiting to put our lands in our names.

We were all told this particular PID could not be sub divided. According to Town planning we cannot.

Graham who had not yet did so much work as the Glionnas and us tried to get his money back. He was informed they could not do so. It was "gone"

OUR LIVES ARE ON HOLD

We don't know where to go. We spent all our funds. We can't even take legal action. It takes money.

WE ARE TRAPPED .

The seller has agreed to sell us the PID we have our little cabins on....

We desperately need to fix this so we can all live in peace as intended.

HELP!

We need help to purchase our land...for real :(

We need to fix the road ourselves.

It is urgent we fix our road before winter comes. It's really really bad.
