Our Community space needs help...
We are raising money to benefit PETERBOROUGH ASYLUM AND REFUGEE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, and any donation will help make an impact.
The Project -
We need help with the cost of building storage at our centre for our equipment.
Currently we have no storage and all our Youth group equipment and the donations of clothing, nappies etc for our families are stored in the main hall, where all our free of charge Youth group, Women's group, ESOL lessons and community events take place.
The space is also used by the community in the evenings and weekends.
To better serve our families and the community we need to be able to free up the hall space for use by our service users and the local community.
The money will be used to pay for a concrete base and wood to build a storage shed approximately 7.5m x 2.3m. The concrete will also cover the ground leading out of the fire exit to make this safer for our users in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause, it will mean so much to all of the people and vulnerable families we work with in Peterborough.
