We ask for your help for a fellow officer and his family who have come upon hard times due to a disastrous and unanticipated illness. We have a bond stronger than any other career, and we support our own in times of need. This is one of those times.
Our brother in blue, Noel Jacome, a proud Coast Guardsmen and El Paso Customs and Border Protection officer assigned to the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry on TDY to FLETC as an instructor, needs our help for medical bills and assistance with room and board for his mother and family as he is in the hospital far away from home.
While away from home, Officer Jacome felt ill and visited a hospital. After tests and scans, he received a horrifying diagnosis. Officer Jacome has been diagnosed with an unidentified Stage 4 cancer, affecting his bones, blood, and kidneys. He is currently experiencing kidney failure that requires dialysis.
His health is unstable, and he must remain in the hospital away from home. Being far from home requires his family to stay in a hotel for an undetermined amount of time. His unexpected diagnosis will require a hard long battle that unfortunately will carry many expensive bills. Please help our brother and his family in this unfortunate turn of events.
