Our beautiful sophie

Hi I'm raising money for my beautiful cousins children as she sadly lost her life to septits all her she had a heart attack which they then put her in a coma but her organs couldn't take it any long so we had to turn her machines off at the age of just 22 years old leaving  her boys behind so I would like to raise money for them to go and have fun there mothers memory which she would have wanted plus we would like to give some to the septits charity as well
