Spende geschützt
I recently lost my dog, Chance, to aggressive cancer in his liver. He was a massive part of my life, and I would like to give back some to the people who saved him and cared for him early in his life.
Chance started his life in California where he got into some trouble. He was put in a cage marked as evidence in a trial. He went kennel crazy and was scheduled to be euthanized. Chance was rescued by Malinois Ranch Rescue (MRR) days before. From then, the ranch not only found him a home across the country, but they also helped get him fostered when he attacked his new roommate german shepherd, three times. It was nine months after that when I got him from a foster.
Chance was not an aggressive dog. He was highly misunderstood and needed a person of his own. He was not the dog that he was on papers. #1 of his dislikes was cats, and he loved his cat friend second to me. Small dogs were also on there; he let the small old dog be the pack alpha. Chance was a great dog that taught me many lessons. None of these memories would have been possible if not for groups that save this dog breed.
Malinois are high-energy, high-risk dogs and many that Malinois Ranch Rescue save also have a bite history, as Chance did. Many of these dogs are not given the right opportunity and are put in environments where they cannot succeed. MRR seeks out these dogs and attempts to provide them with homes where they can be happy. Chance is a perfect example of what they do.
Please help me give back in hopes they can help give more dogs a second chance
Any donations would make my day. Thank you
