Oscar and Rosti's fiery road to recovery

On April 10th, 2021; Oscar and Rosti were enjoying a fun-filled, weekend getaway to celebrate Anthony's 33rd birthday. While cooking ribs on an outdoor gas grill, a severe explosion occurred from within the grill and the surrounding gas line; engulfing Oscar and Rosti in a wall of fire.
Since the incident; they've been under intense medical care. Rosti was discharged on April 14th with 1st and 2nd degree burns; while having to return to the UMC burn center daily to have her bandages changed. Oscar remains at the UMC burn center with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. So far, Oscar has undergone three surgeries on his leg; and will remain at the burn center as he awaits a skin graft surgery scheduled for next week. He's estimated to remain in the hospital for at least 2 more weeks.
Through no fault of their own, Oscar and Rosti have been forced to focus on their recovery, while unable to tend to their small business; which is their sole source of income. We all know medical expenses can be through the roof; not to mention intense and ongoing specialty care at a burn center. And just because tragedy occurs, does not mean the bills don't stop coming.
Our goal with this fundraiser is to help our friends stay afloat in spite of the sudden stop of their financial flow. It's hard to estimate costs so early on; but it's not hard to imagine just how expensive their medical bills will be; not to mention rent, utilities, and other life expenses.
We've set a small goal of $5000 to get started; although we do anticipate their expenses to far exceed that amount. We know times are hard for so many of us; so any small amount helps. Oscar and Rosti have been devoted friends to so many of us; and we want to be sure that we give them anything we're able to give.
