Orbit - Therapy Dog for Kids

If you know my sister, Tina Russell, you know Orbit! Tina is a primary school counselor who worked to get a therapy dog for her school kids for over eight years. In 2018, Tina was able to get Orbit which included a week-long intensive training. For the last four years, Orbit has served his school and done the most amazing work with the K-3-aged kids at her primary school. This year, Tina has accepted a new counselor position in a different school district. Due to some ridiculous technicalities, the school is trying to take Orbit from Tina. Tina is Orbit's primary handler; he has lived with her and is an integral part of her family, and has been since the minute he arrived. In order to avoid a battle and potential attorneys, Tina has agreed to pay for another therapy dog for the school she is leaving. This is going to cost her $2,500.

My ask is that we band together to help my sister with the financial hardship she is experiencing so that she and Orbit can continue making a difference in the lives of our youngest in school.
