My name is Edward Sistrunk aka Omar Askia Ali. Both names are legal. I was born
Jan 24, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pa. Since 1971, I've been unjustly incarcerated, because of a corrupt former cop by the name of
William O'Brien. Mr, William O' Brien falsified evidence against me. Him and the D.A's office were privy to information pertaining to why I was incarcerated. They said," PROBABLE CAUSE was a photo array". The photo array was a lie. However, l was placed in a line up (with all police officers and O'Brien, not only put the line-up together and pointed out me to the victims of the murder, robbery who I was. Officer O'Brien, and the D.A. conspired to keep it hidden that he was under indictment during the time for drugs etc. Subsequently, O'Brien was placed in prison. My former attorney obtain documents from the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) that contains files that weren't censored, unbeknownst to the to the FBI were code numbers of Informants:
PH983-C, PJ431-R and PH547R which was the real reason for me being in prison. When my former attorney requested the I.D of the informants the FBI said, "they shouldn't have given those files to my attorney.
Additionally, I was tried twice by all white juries, which is unconstitutional. Once I was able to hire an appellant attorney for the all white jury issue (Baton V Kentucky) she dropped the issue, with knowledge that I'd ask her to keep the issue front and center. If she (Nancy Wasser) would have maintained the issue, I would have been freed in the 1980's or The 1990's
My all white jury issue was procedurally bared.
