Oliver’s open heart surgery

Hello everybody, my name is Oliver. I am an 8 week old baby.  I was 6 weeks old when I was hospitalised because my mum and dad knew there was something wrong they just didn’t know what? I went to cairns base hospital and I was there for 2 weeks to find out I need open heart surgery down in Brisbane. I have a 4mm hole in my heart what isn’t closing.  So I need surgery to help close my whole and to stop the fluid going to my little lungs.  I have to go to Brisbane in 3 to 5 weeks for my big day. Unfortunately I have to stay in Brisbane for 4 weeks. My mummy and daddy would love to be with me. But due to my daddy giving up work for a bit to be with me and help my mummy with my care Only one parent can be with me due to daddy giving up work for a bit. I would love for both of my parents to be with me due to it is a big operation. Anything small or big will help both my parents to be with me in a very hard time of my life.
