Hello friends all over the world!  On behalf of my family, I sincerely bring you greetings, wish you and your own  families happiness, love and unity.  2020 has been a horrible year indeed, but as we hold each other's hand with truth and reconciliation we will win, and we will overcome the storm.  Please support me and my family raise initial capital of ($3,200), for our vision to own a business centre.  After successfully returning from Abuja on 9th August 2020, from processing my international passport, and some organizing work. Thinking on how to move forward we came up with the idea to own a business centre. With savings from our farm sales, and a repayable loan of $300 from Matthew William Hammer https://web.facebook.com/DrLoaf  my good friend. I and my family decided to rent office apartment @ #61 Gifford & George Wills Ultra-Modern Shopping Plaza, University of Port Harcourt  Choba Rivers State Nigeria.  Our Business Plan: Name:  GATHER; Gather is going to be our brand name. (Shops and perspectives). This is a multi-purpose centre, where you can shop your African made goods and service, and a meeting point of young minds to discuss, and organize on the issues concerning Africa.  Location: No61 Gifford & George Wills Ultra-Modern Shopping Plaza, University of Port Harcourt Choba Rivers State Nigeria. Start up Services: Since it is located near a university we aim to provide the following essentials: Books on African History and stationery. School and Laptop bags. Footwear and joggers. Ankara materials and Artworks, with a mini cyber cafe. (printing, photocopying and online registrations). On the perspectives: GATHER will mobilize volunteers within the University community to organize campaign for a better Africa.  Our Aim: To promote and project home made goods & services.  So doing encourage small and medium scale producers.   Vision: To have an alternative source of income that will complement our farm work, so as to reduce the current hardship, and mobilize more resources for community building.   Potentiality and benefit of this: On a personal level, rendering the following under-listed services around the university community have the potential to generate us with medium income on a monthly basis, which will help me provide for my family.  Also this is going to be beneficial to local producers and help the university community. Renovations work. We needed to do some renovations. We needed to change the iron door and widen it. It was not wide enough to give inside views. So we need to remove it and install a transparent door. Day1-  We remove the door.  Crack the wall to the needed size. Day2- Out working on  the door frames. Day3- Mounting the frames. Day4- Mounted the door Expenses incurred so far, in bringing it to this level: -Initial one year payment of renewable rentage of; $393.18 (One hundred and fifty thousand Naira). -Agent fee $52.42 (Twenty thousand Naira) -Buying of materials for renovation, transportation and paying of workers $389.04 (one hundred and forty eight thousand four hundred and twenty Naira)  Total= $834.65 (Three hundred and eighteen thousand four hundred and twenty Naira only).  Attached are the receipts of the expenses. Fixed the door Cleaned Need for starts up capital: Honestly right now we are completely left with no other fund to stock the shop, and indeed is frustrating. We evaluated the things we need to start up, including transportation cost to move the stocks from Lagos to Port Harcourt, from Aba to Port Harcourt respectively. We need a start  up capital of $3000 $3000 (#1,149,000.00), plus $200 fees. Total: $3200.  This is a breakdown of how we plan to invest the funds raised: *150 bags at estimated price of $6.55 per one according to the producer ($982.96). Though the price of produce depends on the particular type of bag.  *Stationery and Books ($406.29). *Joggers and foot wears ($388.50)  *Ankara ($310.80) *German used Photocopy Machine Canon IR2016 ($217.56) price photocopy machine on Jumia  *Pixma TS3140 AIO Wireless Printer ($42.73) price of deject printer on jumia  *Elepaq Generator ($238.28) price of Elepaq generator on jumia  Total ($2587.12).  *With additional ($412.88) will help us cover transportation from Port harcourt to Lagos and from port Harcourt to Aba city. Please wherever you are reading this, my family and I are pleading for your support. The office rent has already started running  and we have limited time to stock the shop, as university will soon reopen after months of lock-down because of covid19. There is no other better way to help us fight poverty and have food to eat at this moment than to support making this vision come to reality. To anyone who wishes to give us a loan, please go ahead and give us a condition of repayment.  Once again we are truly grateful you supported us in this time of need.                      THANK  Okezie E.
