Off-Duty Police Officer Struck in Hit & Run
Raymond Loomis, an off duty officer for the Albuquerque Police Department, was riding his personal motorcycle on I-40 near Coors when he was hit by a hit and run vehicle. Officer Loomis was transported to a local hospital and is currently in critical condition with a head injury.
Ray Loomis has served his country in Vietnam and the Albuquerque Community as a police officer for more than 32 years. He is an active member of the Albuquerque Chapter of Los Carnales/La Familia MC serving as the Chaplain.
We are currently asking for your help to assist with his medical bills and other personal expenses, as he begins his road to recovery.
