*UPDATE**UPDATE*
You are all still the very best. We passed our original goal and we have enough to move into most rentals, but the competition is fierce for three bedroom homes right now. School starts in a couple weeks, so I'm upping the goal, with the thought that if we can pay just a little bit more per month, we'll be overcoming some of that competition. If you can help with that, that is great. If you can't financially help, just keep praying for us and looking around for us. And maybe babysit when we need it. ;) Your generosity has been overwhelming. We were hesitant to ask, but you've poured out so much more than we expected. This money makes it easier to breathe with all the changes and expenses we have right now. (Obviously, I'm no longer hesitant to ask, because you have all just blown our expectations out of the water.)

Friends, as you know, we're adopting amazing 8yo twins. Other than adoring their little, freckled selves, part of the reason we went forward with the adoption and were approved is because a local organization said that it would help us with the move-in costs so that we can get into the required 3 bedroom house for our family. It has now been almost two months, and the money hasn't come through yet, and the social workers, etc are feeling pessimistic that it will.
For this reason, we humbly turn to you. Moving into a rental house takes a big chunk of change for the first month's rent + deposit, so we need your help. Our kids were told we are adopting them over a month ago, and we've been spending as much time as we can together as a family, but we need to be under the same roof yesterday. School starts in a few weeks, and we want to be settled before then.
