Hi my name is Elizabeth Williams I am the baby sister to Octavius Williams My brother served as a U.S. MARINE, for 4 years, he passed away on the 23rd of Dec. 2023. Octavius was intelligent and an inspiring young man he brought fun, life & happiness to those he loved.
