We are retaining Todd Aldinger, Esq. These funds will be used to help pay our legal expenses in the fight with NYS against the mandate.
WE STAND FOR MEDICAL FREEDOM STOP THE MANDATE
Autonomy in healthcare refers to the patient’s right to “accept, refuse, or terminate treatment without deceit, undue influence, duress, coercion, or prejudice”
“Patients have the moral and legal right to determine what will be done with their own person”
Both of these statement are from the nursing code of ethics “The right to self-determination” section. We, as nurses and healthcare workers, are asking that we receive the same RESPECT and rights that we give our patients.
The donation team will transfer the funds to a designated bank account and we will write a certified check to Todd Aldinger, Esq. We will post an update when the check is sent.
The funds will be used to cover the costs accrued in the legal process in NYS court. This battle could potentially draw out into December and can prove to be costly.
If we raise more funds than what is required the extra funds will be donated to other legal battles in NYS against the mandate.
