WLA Scholarship Study Abroad Fund

One of the most exciting opportunities our WLA students will have beginning next year is to travel to Costa Rica for an extraordinary 8th grade, Spanish immersion experience.  We are partnering with the University of Georgia's Costa Rican campus to offer our students an intensive, culminating, educational experience in the beautiful Costa Rican rainforest.  Our students will spend 2 weeks on the UGA campus in Costa Rica.  There they will enjoy classes and exploration that align beautifully with our rigorous curriculum ~ and of course it will all be completely in Spanish!  What a wonderful opportunity for our students to use and stretch their language skills.

A trip of this quality requires significant investment.  Our commitment is that EVERY child will be able to take advantage of this incredible learning experience, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.  If you would like to make a tax deductible donation  to our Scholarship fund please donate through our GoFundMe Charity Tax Deductible Account.  All proceeds will go directly to the students.
