Peter Rickman for Bernie Delegate

My name is Peter Rickman, and I will be a delegate to the Democratic convention pledged to Bernie Sanders.  

I'm raising money to pay the costs of being a delegate to the convention, like airfare and lodging -- and I'm asking for your help with a contribution.  

I've been an active supporter of Bernie Sanders throughout the primary.  From lining up endorsements to mobilizing grassroots activists for door-knocking and phone-banking, from putting together events to developing our delegate slate, and even speaking at the final rally in Wisconsin, I've worked to build the campaign.  

I've been a labor, community and political organizer, fighting on the frontlines for social change.  I've helped raise demands for social, economic and racial justice in the streets, organize movements for those demands in workplaces and neighborhoods, and I've helped bring those demands to the ballot box and the halls of government.  

Now, I'm leading the Bernie Sanders delegation from Wisconsin to the Democratic convention.  I've supported Senator Sanders because as an activist I believe that his candidacy translates social movements into the political arena.  

That's why I'm going to the convention as a delegate and delegation leader for Bernie: to continue building the political revolution.  

But I need your help.  The convention costs money, and lots of it.  I'm asking you to contribute so that I can go to the Democratic convention focused on leading our Wisconsin delegation.

Supporting my delegate trip with a contribution means that you support activists playing a role in the Democratic convention, that you support building this political revolution, and that you support leaders aligned with Bernie Sanders and what his candidacy stands for.
