Handmade masks on Demand

7-day week challenge !!
My Mom and I are volunteering our time to make 100 handmade masks for our hardworking healthcare personnel ( nurses, physicians, lab assistants) in the next 7 days.
Materials required for disposable MASK:
1. Paper blue sheets instead of fabric ( some research was involved and the masks would be great for 3-4 hrs )
They will be soft, breathable & disposable.
NOTE: Currently, they are wearing bandanas and or reusing masks because they don't have anything else to use at this time.
2. String (1/4 inch Elastic string)
✋We need hands to help- happy to send fabric and train volunteers via webinar to help!

We both have experience in building DIY projects.
We have a plan in place to make 14 -15 masks per day for the next 7 days.
1. On Saturday , we will be creating an online How -to-video to show others how
you can make a mask and connect with members in your community to help spread awareness of others supplies you made need in your neighborhood.
2. We will ship the finished item to a hospital or clinic on Monday as it is an immediate need for those healthcare personnel who are risking themselves to meet with their sick patients.
Let us know if you would like to know more you can join our group here:

If our funds are enough to continue making more masks we will keep making them to help supply this need and bring on-board a virtual team to help!
~ Thank you for your support, stay safe and be well
