Ashley's Medical Mission to Ecuador

Dear Friends & Family,
I have been given an opportunity to serve with a medical missions team in Macas, Ecuador this summer. Itwill hopefully be a life changing experience for the people I come in contact with, as well as myself. We will be leaving June 30th and returning July 7th.
The purpose of this trip is to provide medical clinical services and ministry for a community of tribal people called the Shuar tribe that has moved out of the jungle and are living on the edge of a small town called Macas.
I am passionate about my relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as, spreading the Gospel to others. 3 1/2 years ago, I had an encounter with the Lord that resulted in a radical life transformation. I serve in a ministry today that helps women overcome addictions and life controlling issues by having a relationship with Jesus Christ. Part of who I am and where I am today is because of the obedience of those around me who invested in my life and saw more than a broken, drug addicted, lost girl. This is a blessing that I must pay forward and what an amazing opportunity to be able to do so in Macas, Ecuador!
I need your prayers; for me, our team, and for the people of the Shuar tribe. Prayer is the only way this trip will be successful.
As you can imagine, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people. With your help, I need to raise $2,000 by June 1, 2015. If you could help support me I would be very grateful.

Though you may not be able to GO you can Send, and that is definitely a worthy investment in making disciples of all nations.
