Without beloved Simon and always in motion while in chronic pain,
Lopa has spent her entire life and career taking care of others!
 
Without getting into sensitive or lengthy detail  suffice it to say 
there was a bad car accident and there was severe injury inflicted, 
requiring recuperative care.


WHY

Apparently she was struck broadside, but culpability has been alleged
and there are pending legal actions which carry the potential of a life altering sentence.  

Charges are not trivial and require expert legal defense, starting at $3,500
Typical sentences from guilty findings of this gravity carry the very real
potential of abnormally big fines and the potential of other obligatory penalties,
which could easily add up to $4,000 or more.
