A Family in Need

Here is a heart-breaking story that I feel so compelled to share with you. There is a family that will not get to spend the holidays together because they have been ripped apart. There will be a little girl named Chelsea that will be missing her father this Christmas. On December 4th, 2017, Deiner travelled back home to Costa Rica to appear for an interview for his permanent residency to the United States. Unbeknownst to him, he didn’t have all the necessary documentation required, so he was denied. He now must apply for the remaining paperwork, but the process could take up to six months. Aimee, who is now pregnant with their second child will come home this week without Deiner. Imagine having your world turned upside down and with no idea for what might lie ahead. A family that lives paycheck-to-paycheck, Aimee is frightened for financial stability. You might ask, what is it you can do to help? Please consider helping this family.  Managing a household and living expenses will be practically impossible, and doing it alone, unimaginable. This is definitely not going to be easy, but with your help could make life a bit more manageable for Aimee and Chelsea. This is the season for opening your hearts to help others that are in need.
