Help me adopt Allison!!!!

Hello all! My name is Larry Herr and I am in the process of adopting my stepdaughter, Allison :) She is a sweet 10 year old girl that needs someone to call DADDY. Her real father has been out of the picture for many years and has just informed us recently that he wants to give up legal rights to her so he can stop paying child support. NOW is the perfect opportunity to adopt her and make her feel like shes part of a real family! (she does already but despises her last name). I am looking for help from a monetary standpoint because the adoption process is expensive, and I have been partially laid off and falling behind on other bills.
