No Child Deserves A Trash Bag

Nearly 400,000 children are in the U.S. foster care system. They are being rescued  from horrible abuse and neglet with little notice and are given trash bags to carry their belongings. By giving them new bags we can help them overcome the symbolism that they and everything they own are trash. What I have discovered is a lot a agencies in our area (ND and MN) donate the used luggage they receive to thrift stores because they don't have the room to store it. While I'm also collecting used luggage, I Design, has agreed to provide us with a brand new duffle bag for only $10 and they will match all donations!! How amazing that for just $10 you can make sure that 2 children don't have to carry their cherished items in a trash bag!
