NORWICH CT PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO ADS

The Norwich CT Police radio system is outdated and dangerous.  Dispatchers and officers cannot hear emergency calls in some parts of town.  The radios are so old, they are discontinued, and parts are not available.  On the November 6th Ballot, citizens will vote on a $2.7 million Referendum, Question #3, to replace this system.  Lives of officers and citizens are at risk!  The Norwich Police Chaplains (volunteers) and some area churches are purchasing billboard advertising space to make the city aware of this issue and to encourage citizens to vote "Yes." We need your help to raise the money for this advertising and to make our city aware of the opportunity to save lives.  All contributions will be used to pay for the billboard and art work. This would only raise our taxes an average of $14 per year per household. Please help us save lives.  This is NOT a political issue; it's a public safety issue.
