North Central Family Centre Vandalized Damage
*******I am fundraising to cover the cost of the building window deductible. And to cover the cost of the two van windows. Our vehicles do not have a package policy so we need to cover the entire cost, as well as the labor costs.*******
On evening of June 27 or early morning of June 28, 2020, the two work vans were severely damaged. These vans are crucial to the programming at NCFC. The vans are what assist them in picking up children, running their summer youth work program, taking in bottles, going camping, going grocery shopping, going on outings, delivering families hampers and hot meals, etc.
The office windows were also damaged
during this time. And this office is a safe space where the staff are able to have important conversations with our youth and their families, or anyone who comes off the street into our building, and make them feel safe.
NCFC runs: literacy programs for
mothers and their young ones, teen and tween programs, young children programs, beading programs, BINGO, adult
programs, and many more. They also
provide snacks and supper to many
families Monday through Friday during
all 12 months of the year.

Please help out this amazing non-profit organization during this time of need. They have been working extra hard throughout the pandemic with minimum staff and a few volunteers to ensure ALL families in the community remain fed and most importantly safe.
Once this fundraiser is complete, images of the receipts will be shared as proof of where the funds went, as well as to show all donors how much they helped us during this time!
