Suicide Prevention Dog Tag campaign

Donation protected

22 suicides every day. That is what our veterans are facing. I have personally lost 3 close friends to suicide in the last year. It has to stop.

IT HAS TO STOP

We can't do it alone. We can't stop suicide by ourselves, and we can't fight our demons alone. We shouldn't have to.

A group of us worked together to create a special dog tag that we hope will save lives.

The idea is that individuals give this dog tag to someone else, and by doing so, the two individuals are making a pact. They are promising to be there for each other, but more importantly, they are promising that if they ever feel the need to harm themselves, they will call their counterpart first. They are making a pact to not go it alone, but to become a team.

We lost another one a few days ago, and we are making a vow to do everything we can to make sure that this doesn't happen again. We already met our goal of $700 to get 1000 of these dog tags printed and shipped to us in time for our annual wing-man day next month.  Now I'd like to raise enough for the 126th and 375th.

Every penny raised will go towards sending these dog tags out as far as we can send them.

If you can't donate, sharing this is the next best thing.

Thank you in advance for your support.
