Terzo Millennio – Laboratorio di Umana Solidarietà opera in Italia e all'estero per la promozione dei Diritti Umani, la partecipazione sociale e l’apprendimento permanente come strumenti di sviluppo umano e professionale, in particolare delle giovani generazioni.
Nel dicembre 2020, in partenariato con la fondazione camerunense "Jean-Félicien Gacha", abbiamo lanciato la campagna di sostegno a distanza "Noi siamo nessuno" per l'acquisto di 206 atti di nascita dei bambini e delle bambine di Maka e Manoré, in Camerun.
Qui, infatti, ogni anno migliaia di neonati non vengono registrati al momento della loro nascita, a causa delle condizioni di povertà ed emarginazione delle famiglie. Queste bambine e questi bambini sono “nessuno”, e cresceranno senza opportunità di costruire il proprio futuro, senza poter godere di diritti elementari di cittadinanza, come avere accesso all'istruzione pubblica, avere un documento d’identità, votare.
L'atto di nascita permetterà loro di andare a scuola, di avere accesso alla sanità, di avere un futuro migliore.
Ad oggi abbiamo donato l'atto di nascita a 60 bambine e bambini, ma non basta! Il nostro obiettivo è di raccogliere fondi per l'acquisto di altri 40 atti di nascita entro Pasqua 2021.
Ogni contributo è importante per arrivare a questo obiettivo e siamo convinti che con il sostegno e la solidarietà di tutte e di tutti potremo raggiungerlo, o addirittura superarlo!

- Per i doni tra 51 e 150 euro: riceverete un e-booklet della campagna con informazioni sul contesto e sull’importanza della nostra iniziativa per le comunità locali, una cartolina realizzata da Guillaume Yanga, pittore camerunense che opera alla Fondation Gacha. I soggetti di Guillaume sono prevalentemente scene di vita quotidiana e della natura che lo circonda. Grazie al supporto della fondazione, Guillaume può esprimere la sua creatività e contribuire alle attività artistiche della fondazione.
- Per i doni tra 151 e 1.000 euro: riceverete un e-booklet della campagna con informazioni sul contesto e sull’importanza della nostra iniziativa per le comunità locali, un braccialetto di perle di vetro realizzato dalle artigiane della Fondation Gacha. La tecnica di realizzazione e ricamo con le perle è tipica di diversi paesi africani. La fondazione ne ha fatto un’arte, ma - grazie alla prima formazione in ricamo di perle riconosciuta dal Ministero dell’Educazione e della Formazione del Camerun - anche uno sbocco lavorativo per tante donne e tanti giovani che continuano un’antica tradizione.
- Per i doni da 1.000 euro in su: riceverete un e-booklet della campagna con informazioni sul contesto e sull’importanza della nostra iniziativa per le comunità locali, un soggiorno di un week-end per due persone alla Villa Boutanga a Bangoulap (viaggio escluso), un rinomato hotel della regione del Grassfield, gestito dalla fondazione. L’hotel è presente in diverse guide turistiche del Camerun, tra cui il “Petit Futé 2021” che lo cita per la bellezza del paesaggio, la calma e la posizione ideale per visitare la regione. La Villa Boutanga è anche un centro di formazione alberghiera: l’albergo-ristorante accoglie giovani camerunensi in formazione e permette loro di realizzare tutte le attività pratiche legate al settore alberghiero e di ristorazione. I proventi della Villa Boutanga sono reinvestiti nella realizzazione di attività educative, sociali e culturali della Fondation Gacha.

Ces filles et ces garçons ne sont «personne» et grandiront sans avoir la possibilité de construire leur propre avenir, sans pouvoir jouir des droits fondamentaux de citoyenneté, comme avoir accès à l’éducation publique, avoir une pièce d’identité, voter.
L'acte de naissance leur permettra d'aller à l'école, de participer à des examens et des concours, d'avoir un avenir meilleur.
À ce jour, nous avons fait don de l'acte de naissance à 60 filles et garçons, mais ce n'est pas suffisant! Notre objectif est de collecter des fonds pour l'achat de 40 autres certificats de naissance d'ici Pâques 2021.
Chaque contribution est importante pour atteindre cet objectif et nous sommes convaincus qu'avec le soutien et la solidarité de chacun, nous pourrons l'atteindre, voire le dépasser!

La technique de fabrication et de broderie avec des perles est typique de plusieurs pays africains. La fondation en a fait un art, mais - grâce à la première formation en broderie de perles reconnue par le Ministère de l'Éducation et de la Formation du Cameroun - aussi un débouché pour de nombreuses femmes et de nombreux jeunes qui perpétuent une ancienne tradition.
- Pour les cadeaux de 1000 € et plus: vous recevrez un e-livret et vous bénéficierez d'un week-end pour deux personnes à la Villa Boutanga à Bangoulap (voyage exclu), sur le site de la Fondation Gacha. Villa Boutanga est un centre de formation hôtelière géré par la fondation. L'hôtel-restaurant accueille de jeunes étudiants camerounais en formation et leur permet de réaliser toutes les activités pratiques liées au secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration. Les bénéfices de la Villa Boutanga sont réinvestis dans la réalisation des activités éducatives, sociales et culturelles de la Fondation Gacha.

Terzo Millennio - Laboratorio di Umana Solidarietà operates in Italy and abroad for the promotion of Human Rights, social participation and lifelong learning as tools for human and professional development , especially of the younger generations.
In December 2020, in partnership with the Cameroonian foundation "Jean-Félicien Gacha", we launched the distance support campaign "We are nobody" for the purchase of 206 birth certificates of Maka and Manoré's boys and girls, in Cameroon.
In this country, in fact, every year thousands of newborns are not registered at the time of their birth, due to the conditions of poverty and marginalization of families. These girls and boys are "nobody", and will grow up without the opportunity to build their own future, without being able to enjoy basic citizenship rights, such as having access to public education, having an identity document, voting.
The birth certificate will allow them to go to school, to participate in exams and competitions, to have a better future.
To date we have donated the birth certificate to 60 girls and boys, but that's not enough! Our goal is to raise funds for the purchase of another 40 birth certificates by Easter 2021.
Every contribution is important to achieve this goal and we are convinced that with the support and solidarity of each and every one we will be able to achieve it, or even exceed it!

- For donations between 51 and 150 euros: you will receive a postcard made by Guillaume Yanga, a Cameroonian painter who works at the Fondation Gacha. Guillaume's subjects are mainly scenes of daily life and the nature that surrounds him. Thanks to the support of the foundation, Guillaume can express his creativity and contribute to the artistic activities of the foundation.
- For donations between 151 and 1,000 euros: you will receive a glass bead bracelet made by the artisans of the Fondation Gacha. The technique of making and embroidery with pearls is typical of several African countries. The foundation has made it an art, but - thanks to the first training in pearl embroidery recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training of Cameroon - also a job outlet for many women and many young people who continue an ancient tradition.
- For donations of € 1,000 and up: you will receive a weekend stay for two at Villa Boutanga in Bangoulap (traveled excluded), on the website of the Fondation Gacha. Villa Boutanga is a hotel training center run by the foundation. The hotel-restaurant welcomes young Cameroonian students in training and allows them to carry out all practical activities related to the hotel and restaurant sector. The proceeds of the Villa Boutanga are reinvested in the realization of educational, social and cultural activities of the Fondation Gacha.
