No money, lots of problems

Mary is my best friend and she has recently found herself in the most unfortunate situation. She lost her father to pancreatic cancer on Thursday, March 19th. Having already lost her mother to esophageal cancer when she was in the 6th grade, she now has no living parent. 

Mary is 21 years old and currently attends James Madison University. She was recently elected as Student Body Vice President. When her father passed two weeks ago, she lost all security and her source of income. She is also unable to get a job at this time due to not having a social security card. The social security offices are currently closed due to coronavirus. We have been unable to prove her identity using their online resource and have had no luck reaching a representative over the phone. Her credit card is maxed, her rent is due, and she does not qualify for the $1,200 relief check since she is a college student.
