No medical insurance I need help

Hi my name is bashar I’m 54 years old I had 3 strokes in the past 3 years .my first one I was able to recover went back to work .a year later I had another one and my left side is neglected stayed in the hospital for 21 days in ICU. Couldn’t get any therapy couldn’t go into a facility cuz I hv no medical insurance and Covid started and even the therapy facility’s were closed just now in April i had another stroke which effected my brain my speech and I’m bed ridden no one is able to take care of me my mom is deceased my dad is 85 years old I don’t qualify for any government assistance so I’m asking for help so I can hopefully get medical help to get treated
