No Holds Barred 4 Help A Squaddie Para 10 tab run

Tax deductible
Ian Hines and Matt Hartill of Mental Health First in conjunction with No Holds Barred Mens Support Group are running the PARA 10 a 10 mile endurance run  on the 7th September 2019 at Catterick
They will be running in army boots and carrying a 35lb bergen across rough terrain ,the same course that the paratroopers run when in training

Many men who leave the forces encounter difficulties on civvy street and suffer from mental ill  health issues at times leaving them with no where to turn and at times homeless .
Mat and Ian run a mens support group that aims to give ex forces , homeless  and the everyday man a safe space to be able to feel comfortable and supported with any issue they feel are causing them distress.

Matt Hartill co founder of No Holds Barred was in the forces himself so this charity is very close to his heart.
Ian Hines was himself homeless through substance misuse but now works within the construction industry as both a logistics manager and a mental health advisor / trainer
They both now devote their time and energy to training mental health first aiders to be able to spot someone experiencing mental health issues and signpost them to the appropriate professional help.
They also deliver youth mental health first aid courses , something that every parent should consider taking part in .
Would you as a parent be able to spot signs of mental ill health with your children or family , issues such as schizophrenia , self harm , eating disorders and psychosis are affecting many young people however early intervention can be the most important part of recovery.

Please support this charity to do the amazing work they do in helping our ex forces gain the life that they deserve .

All money donated will help HELP A SQUADDIE to run this amazing service so please support
