Please help our family get back on our feet

Anyone that knows me knows that asking people for help especially when money is involved is something that I really don't like to do but this is a last resort. My family is in dire need of help. My husband has congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and diabetes and we just recently found out that his heart is now beating at only 34%. Vs 100%.  Despite this he has been trying to push through even when he is not feeling well and continue to provide for our family in any way he can but 2019 has really been hard on us.  His condition is not well right now but  he has been avoiding going to the hospital because he knows they will admit him and that will leave me and the kids in a bind financially. Things have gone downhill for us since we lost our vehicle in February after a car accident, I was doing an uber eats delivery when we were hit! it was found that the other driver was at fault but by then even though we were able to get the car fixed, we were already behind on our car note due to having to pay out of pocket for a rental car to keep money flowing. That car accident took away our main source of income(our car) from there we fell behind on our mortgage payments. We have lost not only our car but our home. We have been making it day by day by the grace of God, odd jobs here and there and some amazing family members that help a little when they can! I created this Go fund me because our money supply is dwindling and I was just offered a new full time job that I am supposed to start on next Monday but of course it will be at least a week or two before I get my first paycheck. Until then we need help to keep a roof over our children's heads and I need to secure transportation to and from work. I would like to purchase a car because the job is across town from where I live but the other option I have considered is getting a rental car through uber and I plan to give rides when I am not working at the full time job to keep the rental car until I can purchase my own vehicle. The only thing I want for Christmas is the security of knowing that I can get to my new job to continue to provide for my children and get us out of this hole financially.
