Nicole's Brain Surgery Fund

Nicole DeMartino Arnold, age 31, single mother of three was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Nicole is currently experiencing excruciating head pain and blindness in left eye and double vision in the right eye. The time has come for Nicole to have brain surgery on Friday, October 13, 2017.

This is a menigioma which is typically slow growing, however hers has grown another centimeter in just 18 months. This tumor is located behind her left eye and encasing her carotid artery.  The goal of surgery is to attempt to decompress the optic nerve in hopes to try and improve her quality of life. Doctors are not certain on how much of the tumor can be removed so radiation therapy will follow.  

Nicole is currently on unpaid leave until short term disability starts and then she will only receive partial pay.  As a single mom, these Johns Hopkins medical bills will create a financial hardship for her.  I am hoping to raise money to help lessen the burden of her medical bills.  Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
