Nick Miller's family needs help

Last week, our friend and co-worker, Nick Miller, suddenly and at this point, for an unknown cause lost his sister, Holly Miller, 32 of Batavia, NY. Holley leaves behind a 13 year old son, Asa Wooten, who is currently in foster care.
Not only was this a devastating loss on its own right, but Nick has been supporting his Mother, who has been in a nursing home for years. During the tragic loss of his sister, Nick also was informed that his family home in Batavia was behind in their taxes by over $16,000. Without payment of the back taxes, Nick’s elder step-father will be removed and Nick will not be able to move to Batavia to continue to help care for his mother and step-father.
We are hoping to help Nick not only continue supporting his Mother, make payments on the back taxes for his family home, but hoping to help defray the funeral costs for his sister.
Any help you can give to Nick would be so very helpful. He is facing a long, desperate time ahead of him and would greatly appreciate any donation given.
