New business venture to enhanced road safety

I'm Budgie, I spent nearly 25 years as a policeman, retiring in January 2025. My qualifications include being a Police Advanced car driver and motorcyclist, IAM and RoSPA driving examiner, Bikesafe lead, VIP driver and motorcyclist, vehicle examiner and trainer. I had the privilege of being involved in the Queens funeral and Kings Coronation amongst other high profile escort duties. Unfortunately my career involved me attending, dealing and investigating serious and fatal collisions. I recognised that some of these collisions could have been avoided with even minor additional training. With the current savage cutbacks to policing, there is limited scope to provide these life changing/saving initiatives within the police family. Therefore, my personal business seeks to run several initiatives to educate and address these causation factors. Primarily targeting younger drivers to realise their vulnerability and empower them with some driving/riding skills and knowledge, to enable them to get home safely. My training portfolio extends to motorcyclists of all ages, especially those who are returning to two wheels following a gap in their riding, tailored coaching for particular weak areas or preparation for extended motorcycle touring. I've got most things in place, but need some financial help for insurances, printing, building websites, radios, video presentations, replacement motorcycle kit, servicing, accountancy. The list seems to go on and on. I've managed the basics, but need help with some of the additional costs associated with starting a new business venture. In essence, I want to arm riders of all ages and experience with a toolbox of skills, so their families never get a knock on the door, followed by my ex colleagues delivering the most horrendous message imaginable.
