Micah McClellan of Aurora, Colorado is a six year survivor of gun violence. He lives with a C3 - C4 spinal cord injury. Micah requires nursing care twenty-four hours a day and breathes with the assistance of a ventilator. For mobility, he uses an electric wheelchair he controls using a "Sip-and-puff" straw. 

The last seven years has been a complete lifestyle change for Micah and his family. Through the Chanda Plan Foundation, Micah receives partial sponsorship for extensive physical and holistic therapy through SCI Recovery Project. This opportunity has given Micah increased shoulder movement, reduced muscle spasms and removal of his internal feeding tube.

Micah's goal is to continue his personal therapy at SCI, as well as provide financial support for other disabled individual to receive therapy at SCI or Craig Hospital.

Proceeds:
Reaching this $10,000 goal will ensure Micah receives the necessary therapy he requires left uncovered by insurance and provide adaptive equipment for his home. Additionally, proceeds will provide partial assistance for another disabled person to receive therapy at SCI or Craig Hospital.
