On the 22nd of June 2016 our baby girl Eva was born at 24+6weeks gestation.
At nearly 25 weeks gestation a baby has a 69% chance of survival.
One in ten babies are born prematurely.
Eva weighed a tiny 820grams and spent a total of 19weeks in the neonatal unit.
Our journey was a rollercoaster from start to finish but we couldn't thank the team of staff enough for the help and support they gave us throughout our journey!
Our goal is to fundraise to help buy any equipment that may be required for the neonatal unit.
On the 2nd of September 2017 we will be having a fundraiser in Bandon Spinfit to raise money at our BURN & SHAVE event!
