Neighbors Against PP-18-014

Please join in the fight of the proposed development of the Willow Springs golf course and help raise money to retain real estate attorney Gary Moates with Deker Jones, PC to represent the interests of the Neighbors Against PP-109-014.
In addition to voicing our opposition to the proposed development, hiring a real estate attorney who understands and knows development regulations, restrictions, requirements, etc. - easements, right-of-ways, waivers, etc. - will bring strength to our case,
They have requested a retainer of $5,000 to start the research and be at the planning commission meeting next Wednesday the 28th. We have to raise at a minimum $5,000 to get them started researching ASAP so they can be ready by March 28th.
Our best chance at stopping approval of the plat is to find a reason for them to need a waiver to move forward. These attorneys specialize in Real Estate and know the in's and out of development. Adding experienced attorneys to our fight might be our best hope in winning the battle against cramming 400+ homes into 187 acres.
A donation of $20 or $50 is a drop in the bucket compared to the THOUSANDS we could lose in home values if this development gets approved.
Please donate what you can to accomplish and exceed this goal ASAP!
Corey Caughron, - along with a lot of other people who has spent a tremendous amout of time and effort on this - will be one of a few people who will be working with the attorney to drive our work forward.
