Neighborhood Pantry Start-Up
Donation protected
Neighborhood Pantry would like to partner with Rockland Community Foundation in order to have access to grants, but most importantly to allow us to obtain a 501 C3 status and be covered by insurance. All of which is mandatory for us to hold a food drive at a local grocery store or collect donations from businesses and other organizations. To partner and obtain tax free status, we are required to have $1,250 in a bank account at all times. Many in the community have approached me asking for an easier, online way to donate, so here it is!
Any amount, large or small is accepted (even $5 will make a difference).
At Neighborhood Pantry, we strive to improve the lives of community members of South Orangetown and its surrounding areas by providing nonperishable food and goods to the food insecure.
Your donations will help us to serve families with children, seniors and veterans, with dignity, anonymity and kindness.
Thanks so much!
