Needing Emergency Repairs On 2010 Van

After buying this 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan knowing that it needed a wheel bearing only to find out that it's a LEFT FRONT which costs $400 installed. Knowing that I still needed that I still need tires all the way around I am left with no other options after blowing the motor in my 2003 Caravan that had 245,000 miles on it. Living on a fixed income and these uncertain times this is very hard to ask for help. However being an amputee walking everywhere in the winter is not an option. I have not had my prosthetic that actually works for me all that long is also a factor here.

I have also called Walmart for a price estimate for four 225/65/R16 tires and this was another $550.00 for General Brand Tires (which I know nothing about) I paid $1500 for this van and though I can cover the rest of the insurance and registration time is of the essence here after the motor on my 2003 has let go. I have no other way of transportation and since the passing of my last parent in May of this year I have no other way to turn. These repairs are urgently needed. I will also attach a video of the van once I get it cleaned out because it was not done when I bought it in an update.
