Appealing Sydney's Current Placement Decision

I am appealing the court's decision in Sydney's placement case. Sydney's father has had problems with his mental health this last year. I was granted primary placement for 5 months, but the judge gave Sydney's father back 50% placement in December. I am very concerned about Sydney's mental wellbeing while she is with her father.
When I had primary placement, Sydney's behavior improved, she was very happy being in a stable environment, and she never asked to see him. In the last month, Sydney clings to me when she gets home, she tells me she doesn't want to go, she wants to be home with mom, and her behavior has worsened, plus she started hitting.
Appealing the judge's decision is the only way to get the case looked at by another judge. This is the only way I will be able to protect my daughter and provide a stable loving environment full time, for her to grow up in. Please help me if you can, and share our story.
