I fell behind financially I need help

Hello Family and Friends As you now know or if you wasn't aware I had a stroke 2 1/2 months ago and with the grace of God my health has grown back to an extent. I loss feeling down my whole left side and will have a long run of rehabilitation. I was hospitalized for 30 days and I will need Outpatient Therapy. Before this happened I was a FedEx Driver working 5-6 days a week and this health problem came as a surprise and wouldn't wish this on anyone. But all I'm asking is for help because I fell behind in everything and don't know when I can return to work. I miss my job soo much and I am a very independent man but I need help.
